Leadership Today focuses on leadership skills development and team effectiveness. The business was founded by psychologist and facilitator Andrew Beveridge in 2011. Each year over 100,000 leaders access content developed by Leadership Today, through our Leadership Today On-Demand subscription, Online Masterclasses, Leadership Programs and weekly Leadership Today Podcast.
As a leadership development consultant working in management consulting, Andrew spent his time advising leaders. When he became a leader himself, Andrew discovered just how challenging it can be to lead others effectively while also looking after himself.
With 25 years of corporate and consulting experience, Andrew has held senior leadership roles with Hay Group (now Korn Ferry) and Aon Hewitt. This has included over five years as Leadership & Talent Business Unit Leader (Pacific) and member of the Senior Leadership Team (Pacific) with Hay Group. He has consulted to CEOs and senior executives with some of the region’s largest and most successful organisations across all major industries. Andrew combines real-life people management, business management and leadership experience, together with a broad human resources and psychological consulting background.
Together with his wife Fiona, Andrew has three teenage sons and is based in Melbourne, Australia.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Honours) and Master of Organisational Psychology. He is a registered Psychologist and Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
