MIndset to Action Assessment
A mindset is how we think about ourselves and the world in which we live. We have numerous mindsets about different aspects of life. We can identify the mindsets that we take with some reflection and guidance, but might also fail to appreciate the impact our mindsets have on us and others in the moment. Our mindsets can fluctuate based on our experiences and context. Also, we can change our mindsets over time through conscious effort and attention.
The Mindset to Action Assessment focuses on four mindsets associated with the identification and pursuit of goals. These mindsets can help us to achieve what’s most important to us. They allow us to make progress towards clear goals, and persist when things block our path.
But our mindsets can also get in the way of progress. The mindsets we have shape not only how we think, but also how we feel and act. Mindsets can be helpful or harmful based on what’s most important to us.

Leadership Practices Assessment
Leadership Practices are practical behaviours that contribute to effective leadership and work performance. This is true whether you have people reporting to you directly, or whether your role is primarily about influencing others. Our research demonstrates that, when matched to the needs of the situation, Leadership Practices have significant impacts on employee engagement, levels of work-related stress, job satisfaction, likelihood to stay with the organisation and other factors associated with Workplace Health. These flow through to productivity and performance. In short, the right Leadership Practices matched to the needs of the situation help both the organisation and its people to succeed and thrive.
