We are particularly experienced with deep technical professionals making the transition to leadership, using evidence-based principles to gain buy-in and commitment.
RECENT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM EXAMPLES
Since 2022 we have partnered with The Royal Children’s Hospital to design and deliver their emerging leader program, covering all clinical and non-clinical leaders. This program has also been conducted for Nurse Unit Manager and Director level leaders. The program includes three half-day workshops, two peer coaching sessions, two masterclasses and a graduation session. Five cohorts of 25 have been delivered so far with a further three currently being delivered, and a ninth cohort later in 2024.
We have co-designed two programs for EPA Victoria – an Aspiring Leader Program (for those with leadership potential), and a Developing Leader Program (for frontline leaders). Both programs have been carefully aligned to EPA Victoria’s competency framework and incorporate input from a range of divisions and levels. Each program includes five half-day workshops, three peer coaching sessions, two masterclasses (available to all EPA Victoria staff) and a graduation session. The first cohorts of 25 participants each for each program are well underway, with a second Developing Leader Program cohort to be delivered later in 2024.
We have worked with TEQSA to develop their culture plan and values. In addition, we have designed and facilitated three leadership programs at their Emerging/Assistant Director levels and Director level. These programs include three half-day workshops, two peer coaching sessions. Three cohorts of up to 25 have been completed, with another annual cohort about to commence. We have also undertaken monthly masterclasses available to all staff, attracting up to 80 participants per session.
We have coached senior executives with Box Hill Institute and also undertaken over 40 Hogan 360 degree feedback coaching sessions across all levels of leadership. We have designed and delivered leadership programs for three cohorts of leaders. We also have ongoing executive coaching engagements. We recently ran four sessions as part of their first Institute-wide Professional Development Day, including Defeat Procrastination, Mindset to Action, and Leadership Fundamentals.
We have undertaken a range of frontline leadership development workshops for headspace at a state and national level. This has included several full-day leadership programs, full-day team effectiveness workshops, and half-day leadership development with intact teams.
