Leadership development programs allow for a deeper exploration of key challenges and opportunities typically across several months. Some of the major benefits of this approach include:
Creating a common language around leadership
Discussing leadership challenges and opportunities
Undertaking peer coaching
Sustaining real change in the workplace
These programs draw on the research-based content from our workshops, but are typically co-designed. We want the program to very much look and feel like your own program. We’re therefore happy to partner with internal resources when designing and implementing programs for a truly customised solution.
We setup a dedicated website to house videos, articles and other content from the program. Participants also gain access to Leadership Today On-Demand to further extend their learning.
You can use the following one-day programs as a starting point.
Leadership FundamentALs - One Day Leadership Program
This program explores what it means to be a great leader, and how leaders align motivation to achieve results. Participants undertake an interactive self-assessment against the six daily practices of effective leaders, identifying their strengths, areas to work on, and changes they wish to make. We explore what it takes to create a great place to work, including a case example. Participants will explore communicating with influence, assertiveness and feedback - gaining the tools and experience to enhance their performance.
Participants receive a range of resources and an annual subscription for Leadership Today On-Demand to extend their learning.
LeadING THROUGH CHANGE AND UNCERTAINTY - One Day Leadership Program
This program focus on the leader’s role in times of change and uncertainty. The program explores our typical responses to change, methods of change management, and stages of change. We then build on these foundations to explore how leaders can help people to develop through change. Times of uncertainty require leaders to build rapid trust, and we look at research-backed ways to build connections quickly. The program then explores a systems approach to leadership, helping us to understand the kinds of group processes occurring during uncertainty and how to manage these. The program rounds out by exploring coaching as a foundational skill, difficult conversations, and a one-on-one meeting format.
Participants receive a range of resources and an annual subscription for Leadership Today On-Demand to extend their learning.
