LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

Leadership development programs allow for a deeper exploration of key challenges and opportunities typically across several months. Some of the major benefits of this approach include:

These programs draw on the research-based content and are typically co-designed. We want each leadership program to very much look and feel like your own program. We’re therefore happy to partner with internal resources when designing and implementing programs for a truly customised solution.

We setup a dedicated website to house videos, articles and other content from the program. Participants also gain access to Leadership Today On-Demand to further extend their learning.

We are particularly experienced with deep technical professionals making the transition to leadership, using evidence-based principles to gain buy-in and commitment.

As someone who hasn’t been in any leadership roles previously this was a great course! The content was understandable and transferable to the roles we work.

RECENT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM EXAMPLES

Since 2022 we have partnered with The Royal Children’s Hospital to design and deliver their emerging leader program, covering all clinical and non-clinical leaders. This program has also been conducted for Nurse Unit Manager and Director level leaders. The program includes three half-day workshops, two peer coaching sessions, two masterclasses and a graduation session. Participants receive access to Leadership Today On-Demand to complement and extend their learning. Nine cohorts of 25 have been delivered so far with a further four currently being delivered in 2025.


We have commenced working with Austin Health in 2025 to design two leadership development programs for aspiring and frontline leaders. The frontline leadership program has five full-day workshops along with masterclasses. Peer coaching and an innovation sprint project are embedded in the program. Ten online masterclass sessions will be offered to all Austin Health staff each year. Participants receive access to Leadership Today On-Demand to complement and extend their learning. Five cohorts will undertake the programs in 2025.


We have co-designed two programs for EPA Victoria – an Aspiring Leader Program (for those with leadership potential), and a Developing Leader Program (for frontline leaders). Both programs have been carefully aligned to EPA Victoria’s competency framework and incorporate input from a range of divisions and levels. Each program includes five half-day workshops, three peer coaching sessions, two masterclasses (available to all EPA Victoria staff) and a graduation session. Participants receive access to Leadership Today On-Demand to complement and extend their learning. Cohorts four and five of these programs will be delivered in 2025.


We have worked with TEQSA to develop their culture plan and values. In addition, we have designed and facilitated three leadership programs at their Emerging/Assistant Director levels and Director level. These programs include three half-day workshops, two peer coaching sessions. Four cohorts of up to 25 have been completed, with another annual cohort currently underway in 2025. Participants receive access to Leadership Today On-Demand to complement and extend their learning. We have also undertaken monthly masterclasses available to all staff, attracting up to 80 participants per session.


We have coached senior executives with Box Hill Institute and also undertaken over 40 Hogan 360 degree feedback coaching sessions across all levels of leadership. We have designed and delivered leadership programs for three cohorts of leaders. We also have ongoing executive coaching engagements. We recently ran four sessions as part of their first Institute-wide Professional Development Day, including Defeat Procrastination, Mindset to Action, and Leadership Fundamentals. Participants receive access to Leadership Today On-Demand to complement and extend their learning.

I wanted to raise Andrew’s presentations, as we have all had… Leadership presentations, and one way or another… have all been challenged with Mindset Actions. Andrew’s were different, engaging, and exceptionally knowledgeable: based on real time issues and not the anecdotes that everyone discusses on your standard courses… sadly we only had 45 minutes but he smashed it!! Very impressive and very well delivered.

We have undertaken a range of frontline leadership development workshops for headspace at a state and national level. This has included several full-day and multi-day leadership programs, full-day team effectiveness workshops, and half-day leadership development with intact teams. Participants receive access to Leadership Today On-Demand to complement and extend their learning.

Andrew was a fantastic presenter and was able to give relevant practical examples to help us integrate content to our every day. We’re about to commence a significant change and this workshop has given us the tools and knowledge to facilitate this positively.
