Chances are that you occasionally suffer from procrastination - the voluntary delaying of tasks despite knowing we will be worse off. Procrastination can get in the way of achieving goals. It can also lead us to working longer and more frustrating hours as we try to get everything done. Given so many of us procrastinate, what we really need is a guide to defeating procrastination.
In this 60 to 90 minute masterclass we define procrastination and the associated negative outcomes. We explore why we procrastinate in the first place. During the masterclass we define the opposite of procrastination, and identify ways of achieving “flow” in our work. We also examine how leaders can help people when they procrastinate, and detail six practical steps to reduce procrastination.
You will leave the masterclass with practical ideas about how to get the best out of the teams they are a part of and lead.
The masterclass can be conducted in an interactive format for up to 100 participants.
